You have to decide how much risk you can take and if your stomach can handle the fluctuations. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>i havn&#x27;t used the michael parness system<br /><br />but i know someone who looked at it in a free trial and highly recommends it.  this person makes a killing in the market<br /><br />stock market is the place to be<br /><br />you can make thousands and even millions in ANY market...bull or bear...although bull is easier<br /><br />you just have to understand momentum<br /><br />when i get back to full time trading, i&#x27;d going to look into subscribing to the parness system.</p>]]></description>

I don&#x27;t know anything about the system you mentioned, but it&#x27;s entirely possible to make money during a bear market if you pick the right investments, but it&#x27;s a gamble too. (By the way, the market isn&#x27;t down this year.) Most people who do well in the stock market and have a diversified portfolio will average 8 or 9% over time like 15 or 20 years.
