Game is standard Pick 4 format with 23 different numbers drawn. Played in Malaysia. Payout percentage about 65%. Any of the Pick 4 systems here in LP should help.

Anybody knows how to predict this game www.magnum4d.com .

The result will come out 23 numbers. I need formula or something that can only predict one number. One number to strike every draw will be enough already. Thank you.
