There is a file that has the permission set incorrectly, and I've been trying to track it down. Is anyone still getting the popup box asking for a password

I just got the same thing.

and I have it turned off. There is something wierd going on.

It could be that the site is being worked on.

Go into start menu and disable Passport. It propbably turn on when windows start up. Shut it off.

In fact, MSN Messenger was pesty like that and I just disabled it. It can't bug you if it is turned off.

Bryan i get that message too ... not when i'm on lottery post but at various other times.

type passport.net in your browser it'll take you to their home page and you can see what's up with it.

There is something I wanted to know. Does anybody else get the msnuser (Passport.net) screen pop-up and ask you to sign in while browsing this site? This is the only site I have this happen on and it started about ..... not sure.... a couple of months ago maybe...

I keep my system very clean and protected, I myself am a tech but I haven't been able to track this one down yet. It happens everytime I try to visit the Living off the lottery poll. Anyone else?...

Todd has been making some changes. I think it probably has more to do with that. I was having problems with the yesterday winners page just a few minutes ago.

That is odd, I just went to that page with no problems! Maybe if you clean your cache and cookies and then try again
