There are others in Germany that are also actual Real Casino&#x27;s under Gov. control security.<br /><br />It gives me a lot more confidence with a live Webcam working ...... but.... I bet that they could get to a  sector  of the wheel, but not a specific number. I noticed that once you profit anywhere from 100 to 200 bucks, you should quit and take home the money. Almost all of the other bets are structured to give the same payout percentage of 94.7%. Some European casinos eliminate the  00 , making the game payout percentage 97.3%.
