If the game has let&#x27;s say 30,000 combinations that are the most likely ones to play, they will still raise it to 800,000 or more so as to secure the game. They are afraid that someone my spend 30,000 combinations and hit the lottery over and over. They see sales as a mark that they must meet or breack regardless. Mainly because it&#x27;s their job to make the lottery look appealing and by spreading the word through advertising and such that winning the lottery is what dreams are made of they will benefit as well. However, I think there&#x27;s probably a lot of money wasted that could otherwise go to the players.  I&#x27;m not sure I completely trust the system and have my suspicions on how fair   honest the games really are.</p>]]></description>
