McDonalds plus numberous state lotteries have had to many problems with it.<br /><br />Only way it would work would be like the original lottery tickets in the 70&#x27;s. Tickets have random numbers on them and a ball drawing on the date picks the winner. Knowing modern lotteries in the US though the Billion would be an inflated annuity like Pepsi Billions.
