Just glanced at my notes. Whatever falls tonight, the first 2 digits shouldn't both be high. (i.e 572, 789, 680, 871, 959, e.t.c)

Quite possibly, the first 2 digits could be a double. If it's a double such as 557, 668, or 779, then in that case, the first 2 digits maybe high.

There should NOT be a 9 in the first position, a 6 in the second position, or a 9 in the third position of the evening Pick 3.
