Seven months, actually. But I don't expect either game to be hit at their minimum this year. PB will never again have that streak of late 2004-early 2005.

I think that there is a good chance that within this year, MM or PB will get hit at there lowest points. There is still 6 months left for it to happen.

Odds of it getting hit at the minimum are greater than MM getting to 300 million or Powerball reaching the cap at 390.

My vote is for yes. It's still a small chance that a minimum jackpot would be hit under the new matrix this year. In the old matrix, both PB and MM hit the minimum jackpot a few times.
