			<description><![CDATA[<p>You mentioned in another post..<br /><br />I am loving the Hot-Cold Counter for the Pick4.  I back tested 13 draws and I came up with 9 hits.<br /><br />I first used the Inspect All Pick 4 LP tool to get the Input numbers to put into the the Hot-Cold Counter box at the top. After counting the drawn numbers in the Hot-Cold Counter using Box count, I selected the top 2 ranks and the very bottom 1 rank to create numbers.
