Thanks John for taking the time to do this test. It was interesting to see how it would turn out. I personally can't afford to play that many numbers. My question to you is how did you determine what numbers to play? Maybe if I can use your system I might be able to narrow the choices down a bit.

P.S. I caught the 833 today!! But that's only because it's one of my favorite numbers and I know it generally runs with the 834.

Going back through this topic and checking the difference between playing boxed and straight in comparison to playing boxed exclusively, we find that we would have made $122.75 playing boxed exclusively as compared to $95.50 playing boxed and straight. That's almost a $30.00 difference.

Concluded what you may, but playing boxed proved better in this test.

Box win with 338 (Actual Draw = 833)

Final profit/loss = $95.50

With the month long test, I earned $95.50 playing both boxed and straight each draw. However, if we go back through and see how much I would have earned just playing boxed, you would see that I would have made a lot more than $95.50.

Conclusion: $95.50 per month ($1,146.00 per year) is not bad but playing boxed would have earned us more money. I will figure out how much more I would have made playing boxed exclusively in... [ More ]

The deflate tool in pretty cool (no poetry puns intended there ..... HEHEHE!!). What you do is take a list of numbers that you want to reduce and enter them into the first numbers window. Then you have several options to reduce numbers. As an example, you can get rid of all high numbers (5 thru 9) by picking HHH, or all odd numbers (OOO), or all numbers with the sum of 17 (i.e. 089 = 0+8+9 = 17), or root sums of 8 (i.e. 089 = 0+8+9 = 17 = 1+7 = 8), or sum of last digit of 7 (i... I guess the goal of the test is to see whether playing the same numbers boxed and straight will give better results in comparison to just playing boxed combos. So far, it's proving that playing boxed combos pays off better in the long run.

IL/IA Midday - Month Long Test

Ok ............ I'm trying something out here. I am going to post each day for the Illinois/Iowa Midday draw until June 24th. I will play the numbers boxed and straight for $0.25. I want to see how this works.
