			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tenaj,<br /><br />I understand how to do the rundowns -- but when you did the rundown for 823,  what made you choose 700?  There are other numbers in the rundown. What makes 700 special?  If the number in the rundown had been 600 or 500 --instead of 700--would that have been the number to choose for the special rundown   (like the 700 rundown</p>]]></description>

When you are moving it doesn&#x27;t mattter whether you go up or down.  So the minus down that I use gives the same results and going plus.<br /><br />However this is what the orginal rundown is and I&#x27;ve posted this I don&#x27;t know how many times on LP and it went ignored while trying to explain Lottery Math.<br /><br />There are two sides (columns) the Minus Side and the Plus Side. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>A good start is to recognize the traveling numbers.  They dominate.  821 combo seemed to me to fall every other day this month.  And then 823 took on the same vibration.  They travel together with 228 and 882.  I ran down 823 and that&#x27;s where I got the 700 and when 182 appeared in the rundown I knew it was right.<br /><br />Michigan get 712 the other day.  And 590 have been traveling as well.  Those numbers that you see like 095 are the pointers.
