			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am still bot sure about the rejected pairs...maybe they help to determine the second half of the 4-digit...in some way...<br /><br />But I can guarantee that a pair in my first  list will be part of the winning number...if both come from the first list the good but not guaranteed..not much for noiw..but a start.,..</p>]]></description>
