			<description><![CDATA[<p>Windows Lotto Pro has it&#x27;s updated draw data in .dbf format that opens up quite nicely in Excel.  Try it out.  That&#x27;s the software I use when I need complete updated draw histories.  I believe it has just about every Canada and US lottery.</p>]]></description>
