I'd settle for a system that works often enough to be profitable.

It also depends on whether the system is static or dynamic reacting to the game as the draws advance. Kind of a trapper vs hunter kind of thing.

For example, you could decide to play/wheel only odd or only even numbers. We know there will be about 10% draws with 5 of one or the other and 1% with all 6, can the right wheel make it worth the wait?

You can figure since only 50% of lottery ticket sales are used to pay the winners, for every dollars somebody wins somebody else lose two dollars. It takes a lot of losers to support those million dollars jackpots.
