21 pair in TN finally fell.. had $66.25 tied up in that state.. got $93.75

29 pair fell in DE... $187.50

I use a system simular to what tntea is using but mine is for triples and costs a lot more but the payout is higher due to triples. I've been getting atleast 1 hit a day. Thanks Tntea, I been having success with the coldest three numbers in MI pick 4. Also, in MI you can't go wrong if you play the pair that doubled in a four digit, for example, the 5833 fell and the next day it was 8236. This happens quite often. The coldest pair until yesterday was 02. The coldest pair today is 04. The coldest four digits are 1940. I hope this will help someone if they are looking to play in MI.

Your math is correct...

6 ways to arrange 85 so that they are never together and for each of these there are 100 combinations. To narrow it down that is where my pair tracking comes in...

I analyze Fp Bp and middle pair for every draw... and can always tell where a pair will liley show up... as I said 85 is so overworked it is hard to predict....it is not due in any position...this is a hard straight to hit...unless a triple is in the air..8555 (4 ways) and 5888 (4 ways

The key is finding a way to zero in on the hottest pair..In more than 3 of 5 the hottest pair will hit..

Example watch NY today... someone who wants a sure box (60%) can simply play all the 55 pairs with the pair 85. 85 is an overworked pair either way so it is unlikely they will come together.. I would split the pair as follows (for a straight hit)

x is of course any digit 0--9

There are 55 pairs ... no more ... no less, so if you take a pair (maybe the hottest or maybe the coldest) and put it together with the 55 pairs you will have your 55 numbers to play.
