			<description><![CDATA[<p>If Tennessee has two draws a day (including Sundays) then there were 13 draws from Friday, May 19 midday to (and including) Thursday, May 25 midday, which is where I&#x27;m assuming the first repeat occured...0-6-2-8.<br /><br />Well over 99% of the time, 13 different Pick 4 straights will be drawn over the span of 13 games.  Since you don&#x27;t know which combos these will be, you can say that any Pick 4 straight has very close to a .13% chance to be drawn anywhere within 13 consecutive games. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t know the frequency of the information you seek but it does happen. many times a number will repeat within 1/20 days.
