But slots are not random either. (If you are talking about the modern ones) My buddy owns a couple of them. You go into the system and set the computer to whatever you wish for payout? 30%, 40%, 90%, 10%...The only thing random about slots is who is sitting there when the machine has pulled in enough money to pay out it's 30%. Hi this is my first post. Does anyone know if Washington State has computerized drawings? I emailed them and asked them why the drawings are not televised and they responded because it was too expensive and I was unhappy about that. I just recently started playing on a regular basis.

I would prefer the balls because I think computers can be cracked and rngs can be influenced. I think balls being 3 dimensional objects floating through space are fairer to all lottery players.

If the definition of 'failure-proof' is, 'failure can't be detected by anyone who isn't employed by the lottery commission', the states have a lot of them.

One of the mid-west states had a failure-proof computer a while back that generated the same numbers for several days before anyone noticed it hadn't failed to do so. Shortly thereafter they fixed it so's it wouldn't not fail another day in a row.

Ball drop drawings offer complete disclosure to the public, the transparency of which lotteries owe to the public since they function as an arm of state governments and serve the public interest in some capacity.

There is nothing transparent about a drawing happening behind closed doors where the results magically show up on tv as a computer animation as if being drawn.

New Mexico's RNG. I played it a lot of times while I was coming to the decision to play it no more forever.

The reasons I quit are listed in the previous post. I'd feel the same if it were any other state.

My impression is that most people dislike RNG draws because there's no recognizeable event associated with the draws. There's no reason to suspect the computer they point at accusing it of generating the numbers had anything to do with the numbers they accuse of winning.

There's no reason, even, to suspect any RNG machine exists. Maybe that box they're calling an RNG machine is just an old 286 they threw out when 386s came along, sitting there making futuristic noises and biding its time un... [ More ]

Bryan, sorry but i only analyze pick3 games that play "once" a day. When they play twice a day, i believe they are harder. Plus they are confusing to me when they play twice for some reason i can't think straight. What i wish they did, was if they could bring a machine that will resemble a squared or cylindrical candy gumball machine..
