(well some would argue that I actually still haven&#x27;t grown up) Anyway, I never saw a definition of it officially, but we always understood it as being defined as someone who was  positively-sharp . Kinda close to what you mention. Never did look it up in the dictionary though.</p>]]></description>

We also used whippersnappers meaning rambunctious kids that were still wet behind the ears.<br /><br />Me and a buddy was talking about stuff like this the other day. Things like all the descriptions we use for a heavy rain. It is raining cats and dogs, a toad strangler, a gullywasher, and one about a cow and a flat rock.
