			<description><![CDATA[<p>Teacake is having great success in Illinois using the frequency hi to lo method. I think she said she was using the 20 day chart for that.<br /><br />I haven&#x27;t played much with the two programs the last couple days. I&#x27;m working on another program in the pick 4 for a higher hit count.<br /><br />I would like to get a pick 4 hit from one state every other day. That would be nice.</p>]]></description>
