Yea, I know that feeling with mega millions. I wrote down on paper one time a couple of numbers to bet and just decided not worth putting them in. The next day after the drawing I looked at results and I had all 5 ball correct. Only the bogus ball was wrong in my paper bet. I could have cried. I have not played mega millions ever since. True story; so I know how it is to come soo close

BTW......this does not mean I now think the lotto is genuine.......I still think their machines are directly selecting the set of numbers that pay out the least.....it just so happens I think i have figured out how to start setting my numbers up to fall within that ballpark........i think that is what happened this Friday.....next time I hope to be right on top.....then checkmate!....well I hope....I need to retire. lol

Here is the breakdown of what happened. Of the 50 set of numbers.....17 matched 3 of 5....and one matched 4 of 5. One only had the mega number.

Really how close was I? One ticket that had five set of numbers......4 of the 5 set had 3 of 5 matching numbers, with the mega number as 18. In those 4 set of numbers, the 5th number was 41. The 5th set had 4of the 5 numbers only missing #18....I had #17.

$50 dollar wager.......$269.00 return on Mega Millions.......including one set of numbers that missed the second prize by 1 digit......darn so close. I also had the power number...but not on any set of numbers that came in...Give me 6 months baby and I will be bringing the prize home to Maryland. Dinner tonight
