this is just a 0-6 sequence it works for the entire sequence of 0-9 but those upper sets 777-799 and 888-899 are a little less cooperative I will say..but then again each state is different so in your states pic 3 those upper sets like 777-799 and 888-899 may come out very often..the higher the sequence you use the less the number of combinations..THE POINT IS..that the sequence will repeat over and over and over and over and over fo...
