			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottolaughs:<br /><br />I&#x27;m not a wizard, but I&#x27;ll share some observations.<br /><br />Compiling the results for all the pick 5s carried on the LP Results page the previous day and picking those numbers that showed significantly greater occurance than the average will tend to get a lot of 3 of 5s of, roughly, 30 percent of the lotteries across the board except during the week at the end of the dark moon and the beginning of the 1st Quarter Moon, wheeling only those numbers. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Actually, defining wheels is not too difficult. My suggestion is, since you have MOST of your numbers on paper, get yourself some graph paper. Write your numbers out, making sure you stay within the grid lines and keep it consistant. After a little while, you will see patterns develop. Shortly, you could easily define the numbers you select based upon common patterns you see develop.
