			<description><![CDATA[<p>I just did a 9 day test with just Florida, and I lost all nine days. Not good for individual states, atleast for Florida.<br /><br />I did notice that If I had stayed with the most poular number from the first day over to the second day, I would have won. So maybe the most popular, all state, number should be played everyday thereafter, without a new workout.<br /><br />So If the number 4 was the highest frequency at the beginning of the 9 days, you would stick with the number 4 as the last position number for</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Covering the cost of the first 2 numbers in the p-3 straight would cost a hundred bucks for one state of your choice. You would only have to get the third number correctly to hit.<br /><br />I haven&#x27;t tested this yet, but thought it was a good idea based on the High Frequency System method. The only difference is that instead of looking for the highest frequency in the second and third positions, we&#x27;ll only foucus on the third position.
