CT Midday 9914 (Double 9..a clear harbinger of top line effect)

You are most welcome Bklyn. That's how i like it. Don't be surprised WHEN it comes again. This QP system is a master. I am still working and documenting observations and patterns. I made this NY call--but it is still not perfect--It must come straight--7469/7649.

As I sdaid any state where you start to see 99 or 90 or 999 or 900 or 909 in P3 or P4..then a top-line effect will occur next draw or next two draws. A top line effect is one of 4 numbers at the top of the tiers... [ More ]

major Observation.

Notice that in tiers 1 and 2

If you move from one column to another in the same row the differential is a multiple of 9.

In TIER 1 (Plus 1)

Moving from Left to right is 900...90...9..except where the lottery: math effect distorts in one or two places

This is significant..If your state starts to generate 900, 90, 9's in Pick 3 or Pick 4 Look for a top line straight effect....

NY is in that mode now...

The patterns are emerging and are reasonably predicatable.

The hits are too many every dya to make notes here but I hope others are observing for their favoprite states.

GA has come though again exactly as aI predicted with a box hit from tier 2 (Minus 1 tier.).

GA Midday Jun 20: 5310 which is

3205 (see abovbe) minus 1 in the second digit. Minus 1 is tier 2 (see original posts in this thread).

The most recent is less than--so I am thinking of Tier 2. But 8 is 3's mirror. So i can play in tier 2 and tier 3.

I like order so I will QP in the columns (8,3) to get :

How to use this system. This is really designed for low budgetters and those who are no longer satisfied with all the hyped systems for pick 4. Again this is not a random number table---it is carefully calibrated to trap box hits. If you play straight and a straight comes it is icing on the cake.

Pick only one number as follows.

1. If your charts or spreadsheets or favorite prog spews out a number that is close to theoriginal ten play one of the ten. See first post in this thread.

From the Ten numbers above we derive three (3) tiers... of ten numbers each...that between them will trap no less than 6 hits daily. IOW by quick picking from this pool the odds are 6 in 120-130 that you will get a boxed hit. That is far better than 1 in 417.

I have designed a QP System for the Pick 4. It is not based on random or pseudo random selection. It is a carefully calibrated trap for box hits in the pick 4. I happened on this system serendipitously. A few days ago i had a dream about a red dry cleaning tag.
