			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve never heard of it.  Then again, what counts is how many combinations does he expect you to play with his formula daily?  The idea is to make a profit off the daily games. THe more combos you play in Pick 3, the less the chance of that, even if you do hit.  That&#x27;s true even online. It&#x27;s doubly true if you have to play your own state&#x27;s game  on the street .  The states have horrible payoff odds-per-cost of play.</p>]]></description>
