If they are having budget issues it is likely they would want to keep Lotto and scrap QuickDraw for that reason alone.

I haven't heard anything about it. NY Quick Draw started in 1995. In 1999 it was shut down for four months because of the budget, so maybe you're right.

I remember reading something a while back that NY was going to end QuickDraw this month because they couldn't agree on renewing it in the budget. Does anyone know anything about this
