This doesn't seem to happen too often. Florida Lotto is $18M, beating BOTH Powerball ($15M) and Mega Millions ($12M). Guess it's time to dodge hurricanes and shuffle on down I-95. Of course NY Lotto isn't too shabby at $41M.
