Playing whats Hot? What time frame 2 USE?

I have been wandering what other folks seems luckier.

1. Picking numbers from what recently is doing good or what has over say several months, or a year?

2. And when you decide what to play how often do you play your combinations, a day, a week, a month or longer? As a note i played the same 15 sets of numbers in our states pick 5 for over 10 Years and never hit the 5/5.
