Thanks Chef for including IL. Sadly, I went with 77 pair after looking at past history I noticed that 77 usually followed the 49 pair so I went with that one. But, this certainly has merit and I will continue to be on the lookout for when to use it. Thanks again.

repeats always happen in pick 4. going 25 cents a combo. 2 things put some doubt in my mind...1) new mexico only has 1 draw a day. 2) the 2..0's might bring even digits.

a small profit. played them both both draws today. look at the double 6's in tennessee...a triple this time. 6766. previous draw was 2212. missouri previous draw was 2119. check out all the states that got 23 after they got a 21 pair. maybe not the very next day, but pretty soon after.

looked at the mid day 5 state pick 3 line up again yesterday. instead of trying to figure out the combos using all the digits, i'm focusing on a pair that comes out in more than 1 state. tennessee and tri-states both had pair 20. i looked at the mid day pick 4's to see what 1's would be good to play the pair 20 in the evening draws.. using the math of the numbers, just like pick 3, i looked for states that got pair 45. i tried it in south carolina...no go. i seen it in ohio...the day draw was 45...
