Hello! Newbie to LP. I definitely play Pick4 more than anything else, but since I've been reading posts here for the past 2 months, I am starting to see some advantages of Pick3 and thus have played Pick3 a lot more lately. I always focused on the possibility of a bigger pay-out on Pick4. I've learned so much on this site in the past 2 months and I absolutely love it. Neither, I enjoy tracking and analyzing the results of previous drawings before picking my numbers and daily games require too much attention for that style of playing. With jackpot games I get a couple of days to pick my numbers. I do occasionally play a pick5 game too.

That's a great poll LOTTOMIKE. I usually play MM and/or CA SLP, not Pick 3 or Pick 4. However, my vote is for Pick 3 because CA has Pick 3, but doesn't have Pick 4.

I voted pick 3 because one should be able to walk before they run. Same with high odds games...if you're not beating 1000 to 1 odds how are you going to beat 500,000 + to 1 odds

I would love to be able to play pairs, I get them all the time. Otherwise, Pick 3 for the more consistent win, Pick 4 for the big bang.

I only have access to Pick 3 at the moment, but if giving the choice I would choose Pick 4. I like how it has bigger payouts.

pick 3 here....cause thats all I ever hit. I havent put much time into p4 as far as picking out winning numbers as far as pick 3 goes I have won the past 3 times I played but lost today with mid and eve but lost by 1 number lol. I got a great pick 3 winning system I just need to find a good pick 4 system.

I chose pick 4..

With good concentration of Vtracs and playing online, you can snag those trips in pick 4 and double doubles..

With Pick 3 odds of 999:1 vs Pick 4 ods of 9999:1 (both straight) and anything under $600 not being taxed wouldn't it be a better move to play the same Pick 3 a few times over?

(That's assuming a hit of course)

Or are online payoffs not taxed

To win substancially in the pick-3, you have to play straight and play it multiple times. I suppose someone with a good system could play twenty 50 cent straight combinations a draw and show a nice profit at the end of the year too.

However most the people I know that play everyday, usually play a dollar back-up on their favorite numbers. And they figured it would make more sense playing the pick-4 the same way because even if they played doubles, the most they could expect to win on the pic... [ More ]

it's only natural people would pick p4 ------more bang for the buck.

me too tinker.the pick 4 offering 2,500 just for a 50 cent straight is too hard to resist.i'm still shooting for that one dollar 9,000 dollar straight online.that would be very nice..........
