I don't see an anti-lottery group being able to stop the lottery in NC anytime soon. The government is now or will be soon making a profit and there is too much money involved at this point. JMO.

will the get a pick 5 first then a pick 3?

a pick 3 then a pick 5?

will they end up without a pick 4?

rumors are they will join with south carolina for a multistate lotto.
