Little update: it appears i have made a mistake using the payouts... i should not have used the online payouts, but the actual payouts at the store.

So a straight hit would not pay $900 and a box not $300/$150,

they should pay: $500, $160/$80.

This is not a system, it is a METHOD. It involves subjectivity and cannot be proven empirically or objectively.

A method is only good for the person who develops it because of the subjective nature of it.

When a method is perfected to become a system, it is a mechanical means for anyone looking at the same data to come up with the same answer every time.

And no, i didn't miss anything.

It comes down to gut-feeling when the player must decide to either shift the numbers again, or keep playing the original stack, or use the original stack and add numbers each day when the numbers are shifted again.... [ More ]

all hits are posted on thread, but as far as cost and gain goes thats alot to get into and thats totaly depends on the players palyin habbit , i play 6 nums a draw at 12 bucks a day and only look to hit three a week ,now within those 12 number i may double up on some bringin my total to 12 bucks a draw ,these are my playin habbits ,

With all due respect, amilby, but i don't see any the numbers speak for them selfs ...

I don't see anyone posting actual numbers they will play, together with the calculations of Cost vs Gain.

Perhaps i overlook them, b/c i am spending a tremendeous amount of time backtesting this shift-method . I am backtesting it in several different ways.

So far i have tested MI and PA, both states with draws for pick3 and pick4 on all days of the week.

the Duke can spot out when trips in pick 4 are coming.. Got a 50 cent box hit on CT the other night.. The pay out is super.. and very little numbers to play when Duke spits out those types of results.. I am just glad they fell evening instead of midday in CT..

With the combo duke gives.. they may be 36 but after deflating them, it will be around 18.. using that with your vtracs.. narrows down the picks.. combining the 18.. to make pick 4 gives better pay offs..

$37.50 for a box hit on pick 3 does excited me anymore.. $93.00 on a box hit does... and with very little numbers to play at that..

Yep ..... zero hits for me this week.

Oh wait ..... yeah. I can't use the shift method in my state because:

A. We have no Pick 4 drawing.

B. We have no Midday drawings.

Any suggestions for states that only have 1 Pick 3 drawing per day and no Pick 4 drawings (minus playing online in another state ...... please don't suggest that at all. Not interested in that whatsoever).
