			<description><![CDATA[<p>New Jersey lottery is shutting down.  I wonder how this will affect the statistics people use- Hot/Cold, High/Low, Standard deviation, etc.<br /><br />(I realize that the draws will go on due to advanced sales, but I do not know how long they would go on.)<br /><br />If the draws stop, then restart when the budget passes, would you consider it a  new  lottery and restart your data, or just keep going as before.<br /><br />Any thoughts?<br /><br />mtmk</p>]]></description>
