			<description><![CDATA[<p>OK..... A.  If you play the number 123 in 10 states you might just win in 2 or 3 states in one night at the most . ... but<br /><br />B. If you played the number 123 in your own state 10 times and it hits....well you could get pretty rich all at one time doing it that way. All at one time is better.<br /><br />I have seen one state get a number<br /><br />I haven&#x27;t ever seen one number hit in all 10 states ...... ever.
