			<description><![CDATA[<p>I just did it with cards.  I came up with 13 tickets going through the deck without shuffling after each time.  I put the numbers into Inspector 3 to get rid of any boxed duplicates, but there were none.<br /><br />So, see how these do in Texas (or any other state for that matter) this evening:<br /><br />465 767 394 589 981 517 023 025 420 638 026 483 117<br /><br />I left them in the order they came off the deck.</p>]]></description>

If you play straight, then 1 straight hit should cover the cost, barely and only if you play the states and not Canada, but if you play box, then 6 box hits would be required.  For the day draws, one straight hit would be a nice profit and 4 box hits would cover the cost.  Maybe sticking with the day draws would be better.  I might just play straight as it seems getting that many box hits would be harder to do.
