Why not explain your workout, would save you much time, if everyone could do their own, using your method.

I am having to work a lot of hours this week at work. Everyone please bear with me and I will get the workouts to you ASAP. I am sorry for not being able to get the workouts sooner. Please accept my apology. When I posted this thread I didn't know that someone would be getting sick.
