Day 4, GA Midday, 7/6/06

What I have noticed, if you watch a certain state like GA Midday, you notice a sequence of last digit evens (Group Two) will hit then (Group One) and the occasional (Group Three). Its a matter of following which group has been hitting the last few draws. Cut-off time to take your pick is 12:00 noon the day of the draw. You have a 1 in 3 chance of a hit.
