I am the only person voting for NY. Unbelievable. NY has the best site.

2. Ease of navigation

3. Good use of colors without the Disney-like effect of some states

4. Summary of all current results on Front page...centered to focus the eyes immediately. Some websites like Georgia's you have to9 look up left...in some small Flash-content box...

I voted other .... Pennsylvania's my favorite by a mile. It's easily to navigate, has scads of information, ... Frankly, I might be biased because I also like the Lotto and Pick 5 there.

But I studied a lot of State websites a while back looking for information most people would consider obscure. PA had it all and it was easy to find.

It was also easy to load on my phone connection, which wasn't true of a lot of the sites.

I've been to most all of them to i like the ones that allow you to search their data base for numbers by inputting them in their search feature. i also like the ones that give you the totals of amount of winners for pick 3/4/5 games etc and what the payout's were.

as far a web sites go i guess it about the person who designs it, the platform they use and what the boss wants the web site to do. many lottery's might want the economy web site while others might want the whole nine yards. And th... [ More ]

Todd....not a bad idea, if you contacted the state lotteries and said take a look at Lottery Post ,that's my site, you never know, BUT...what if even being contracted to work for them meant you had to sign an agreement not to play!

I didn't say that Florida said it in advance -- I said that they show which ones were used .

Todd, I didn't know Florida has the ball sets shown in advance. Is that true for the p-3, or only for the jackpot games?.

If it's true for p-3, then I'll win much more often knowing the positions of the tubes, unless of course they do pre-testing prior to the drawing, then I'm back to the drawing board.

This is a very good question, and yes, I have been to them all.

I have not found that any one site is perfect. I'll provide some examples:

California has good information about games, winners, and prize amounts, but does not have any good way to contact them, they are a little slow posting new jackpots and prizes, and too few press releases.Florida has very good pre-draw info and specified exactly what machines and ballsets were used, and they post the draw info very quickly, but they hav... Which state lottery has the best site? I've only listed a few as it would be silly to list over 40, probably no one has seen them all excepy maybe Todd!

I listed Missouri first as I'm most familiar with it (and Illinois' isn't quite as good - I'm in illinois)....

If you poke around the Missouri site there's a QP feature called The Wizard , gives you QP's for any game they have, and there is a very informative page about what to do if you win a jackpot.
