I have two favorite state lotteries, the UK lottery and the Massachusetts lottery, because both have a subscription service. The UK lottery credits any winning directly to my bank account, now that is service and convenience; but you need a UK address and bank account to participate. I like any state lottery that offers a subscription service.

i like virginia.you can bet as little as a quarter on its pick 5.it has two pick 5 drawings a day.the matrix is only 5/34.they have midday and evening pick 3 and pick 4.they have a very good winners section on its website that shows pictures and stories of lucky people.
