			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry, I can&#x27;t remember who posted the original post on this but someone put up a +2 -2 method for Pick 3 - just take the last draw and add 2 to the three didigts, and subtract 2, and play those two numbers.<br /><br />When doulbes hit, adding 2 or minus 2 automatically gives you another doubles, and looking at past results (Illinois) I just don&#x27;t see doubles hitting back to back too often.<br /><br />Or am I missing something</p>]]></description>
