i've been going to bed about 7 in the morning.wake up about 3 in the afternoon.i listen to coast to coast am or sporting news radio while at work.if i'm off work i just read or cruise the internet....

I think I am more of a night person, but it does vary. On days that I can, I will sleep till 1:00 in the afternoon and on some night on don't go to sleep till 3:00 in the morning. lol.

LOL, I varie soooo much, Sometimes its during the day, sometimes during the night...but mostly during the day is when im happiest after a good dream lol. OR during the night when Im still celebrating a lotto win lol. Either or

Mmmmmmm, I guess I'm a split shift person. Yet I'm retired.

It doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I can rarely sleep more than three or four hours, five if I am lucky. When I wake up at two, three or four am, I'm too wide awake to go back to sleep then. But four or five hours later, I'm so tired I can't function. So I typically take a daytime nap of two to three hours, on rare occasions four hours. Lottomike, my vote tells me I'm a night person in terms of going online anywhere from 8 PM to 11 PM. However, I also sleep at night anywhere from 11 PM to 1 AM when I go to bed. Also, sometimes I sleep in the daytime by tossing and turning in previous night or hot day during the day.

Mike:

I'm an off-center sort of person, as you might have guessed, reading my posts. As the twig is bent so grows the tree. As a twig I didn't do much sleeping, but as I've gotten older I generally go to bed early and get up 4-5 AM or earlier, which I suppose is 'night' seeing as how the sun ain't up then, most times.

i do most of my lottery research at night.its a habit that has served me well.some might thinks its a tepid poll but i think its valid.it would be interesting to know peoples thoughts on the matter.....
