			<description><![CDATA[<p>That is a subject for which it appears there is no universal agreement.<br /><br />Personally, I don&#x27;t look at anything in any game that is  hot  which includes more than the last 10 draws. But that also is not an absolute.  I think you&#x27;ll get a lot of different answers to this question here, and it is all debateable.<br /><br />And besides  hot  and  cold  you overlooked what many players also include:  warm  or  average . That, of course, makes it even more complicated.</p>]]></description>
