Well a lot of people here hit the 711 yesterday. I don't remember ever seeing the state having to payout this much on Pick 3.

They may hit that way. But they don't win that way. Winning requires making a profit. At least that's how I define winning. The numbers in any one game wouldn't come up often enough to match the date for anyone to make a profit over the long term.
