			<description><![CDATA[<p>Digits, per position, can stay away for 100 or more draws.<br /><br />Currently, in CT midday these digits might be considered pretty much missing...<br /><br />Position 2:<br /><br />Digit 5: 93 draws!<br /><br />Digit 8: 81 draws!<br /><br />Just checked the draw, CT had 527...<br /><br />so, make that<br /><br />Position 2:<br /><br />Digit 5: 94 draws!<br /><br />Digit 8: 82 draws!<br /><br />Cheers<br /><br />Ricky</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>As you can see below, the number 6 did come out, but not in the first position. I&#x27;m willing to bet that the number 6 did come out in the tube it was supposed to many times over, but they had to mess with the rotaion. And so I will never know what tube it was.<br /><br />It&#x27;s bad enough to beat 1 in a thousand, but why do they have to make it even that much more difficult? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Playing the position narrows the your numbers down to straight hits. If any digit is out more than 7 drawings in any position, that digit becomes a target for a straight hit . For instance. The digit 3 in New York&#x27;s pick3 has been out the last 22 drawings in the 1st position, Since 6/30/06. A sure target for a straight hit if you could place the last two digits/pair.  5xx. You can filter by using OE, EO, OO, EE PAIRS ON THE BACK END. You can also filter the last two digits with HH, LL, HL, LH.
