Just6ntlc, I don't know if anyone has ever won in North Dakota. But TN has 0% taken for state taxes. I don't know about sales taxes. They take those out too?

I'm just curious where you guys think it will be won. I want to say NC, TN, SC, somewhere in that region. Remember, NC is the newest baby for the Powerball.
