			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks Sandy, Tntea, and CPS.<br /><br />I know it will work and I see alot of hits but it takes time and of-course money. Just have to get the right number on the right day which will have to have other methods added to it. Sort of like using a ttt or another method and checking that with the +/ - system.<br /><br />Thanks again and good luck to all of you.<br /><br />Congrats on the hit in Mich Tntea.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>For those of you familiar with the plus/ minus 12 system that was posted on here some time ago, I am testing it as I did when I was gone for 70 days. I had little or no internet so I couldnt do back tests. What I did have was about a 7 page history of the Va lottery draws. I found that when I back tested those numbers that alot of them may not have shown up the next draw but did in a few draws later. I also found that if there was a box hit within a day or two that alot of times a str would hit</p>]]></description>
