Tempted to do just the 36 six ways to trap that sneaky digit 3

I noticed that 9 digit is part of the on going 3 digits string that hit each night..... but.....its also part of the Tardy digits too.

That means something.... not exactly sure what right now. Where the 2 lines cross that means.....
