He was just the first to use the method of exiting the aircraft in flight after hijacking it for money.<br /><br />Since he wasn&#x27;t smart enough to ask for non-sequential bills all bills discovered are easily traced by the FBI.<br /><br />Whatever the FBI, pilots, skydivers, and anyone else who knew anything might have thought about D.B. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>He was the first person to hijack an airplane for cash. Some of his cash (about half) has been discovered as weathered bills near the Columbia river in WA state. Since he wasn&#x27;t smart enough to ask for non-sequential bills all bills discovered are easily traced by the FBI.
