			<description><![CDATA[<p>The best way to do it is to visually look at the chart once you have charted a month&#x27;s worth of drawings. Then you will see rows and columns that have had no hits on them. Right there is where you know a hit is waiting to happen.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just took a random sample in Connecticut. Went and took a group of 15 days....then marked off what had been hit. Then looked for  missing  areas. Then proceeded to play numbers as they were  missing . Finally pared it down in a month down to 12 missing numbers, at which time it was time to start over.<br /><br />In that month&#x27;s time, I did use a progression, mind you, but I ended up with a $358 profit for Connecticut midday. Funny ,,,, the Dominant 3 have been 9,,,5,,,0 this month and that was the number hit.<br /><br />Also... 1,,,6,,and digit 7 are the KEY Three Tardy fella&#x27;s now due.<br /><br />Plug that into the mix... use that as a filter. Use green for the consecutive like 123 234 345 .....  use RED for all evens lilke the ones up there 246 468 840  and blue or black for all ODDS like 135 357 579<br /><br />Go back 30 or 60 days and start writing the hits down and note where they came form... What line were they on? Horizontal... What line were they on...Vertical? What section or quarter of the chart did they come from... A,,,?  B,,,?
