			<description><![CDATA[<p>If I wanted 10 pick 3 numbers for any state plays, what would be the method of choice and widely used. I&#x27;m hoping you long time LP pick 3 experts will jump in here with some recommendations. I&#x27;m doing skips and hits wheeling and not fairing well.
